Job Summary:
Duties: |
- Achieve the producer’s vision in relation to the game
- Make a daily report to the producer
- Coordinate the production of the different departments
- Ensure adequate adaptation of the game on different platforms
- Plan and respect the timelines
- Respect allocated budgets
- Establish and respect quality standards
- Work closely with the producer for the majority of tasks
- Work on the development plan
- Supervise and motivate the team
- Work on constantly improving the team
- Act as liaison between the different departments.

| Experience and Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the video game industry as an associate project manager
- Bilingual

| Technical Skills |
- Experience in planning and project management;
- Experience in problem resolution and conflict management;
- Ability to lead, mobilize and influence a work team in order to obtain the quality and performance desired;
- Ability to respect production deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
- Leadership and a good sense of responsibilities;
